The Cancellation policy of Gksection is as follows:

For orders placed on E-Books, PDFs, and Audio-visual material under Instant Electronic Delivery/Instant Downloads, no cancellations are permitted, and refunds will not be issued for such purchases.

Cancellation requests for printed material will only be considered if submitted within 2 hours of placing an order. However, if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants, and they have initiated the shipping process, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

Cancellations are not accepted for products obtained by the marketing team on special occasions such as Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, etc. These offerings are limited occasion offers, and as a result, cancellations are not possible.

  1. Unmet Requirements:
  • If your purchase of e-books, softwarematerial does not meet your requirements, a refund can be requested. For partially missing requirements, you can ask for revision, and our support team will promptly assist. However, full refunds won’t be considered for this reason.
  1. Refund Process Requirements:
  • Refunds can only be processed with proper proof and a valid reason. Customers facing issues with their purchase must write an email, providing evidence of subpar or unsatisfactory service.
  1. Partial Refund for Partial Requirements:
  • If certain requirements have been missed, a partial refund request can be initiated. The management team will address these issues and provide a solution after reviewing the original problems.
