International Standards Day – History, Significance, Theme
The world would be very unorganized if there were no standards to achieve. With known standards, all functions work seamlessly without hampering the quality, reliability, and safety of products or processes. Standards are important in every field of life. Abiding by different standards allows people to trust the product or process. Standards are generally formed by the collective work of experts in the field and help in making life simple and effective. The consensus on standard harmonization provides a pathway for designing a product or process.
