SSC GD Exam Pattern (Constable) & Selection Procedure 2017 for Written, Physical, Medical Exam Test

SSC GD Exam is conducted in three phases. If you qualify in all the three phases then you will get posts like BSF, SSB, CRPF, NIA, CISF, SSF, ITBP, Rifleman in Assam Rifles. These phases are mentioned below:

Phase 1: – Physical Standard Test/ Physical Efficiency Test

Phase 2: – Written Exam (Objective type)

Phase 3: – Medical Test

Physical Standard Test/ Physical Efficiency Test Pattern

SSC GD Physical Test is a very important phase of SSC GD exam pattern for those candidates who want to apply for SSC GD Recruitment 2017.

SSC GD Physical Standard for Male Candidates

Height – 170 cm.

Chest – 81 (Unexpended), 85 (Expanded)

Race – 1600 meters in 6 minutes.

Long Jump – 14 feet (In three chances)

High Jump – 3’9’’ (In three chances)

SSC GD Physical Standards for Female Candidates

Height – 157 cm.

Chest – There is no chest measurement for female candidates.

Race – 1600 meters in 8 minutes.

Long Jump – 10 feet (In three chances)

High Jump – 3’ (In three chances)

SSC GD Written Exam Pattern 2017

After qualifying in the SSC GD Physical Test, you can appear in written exam. The SSC GD Paper Pattern for written exam is as follow:

Total time duration is 2 hours (120 minutes) in which each part carries 25 questions of 1 marks each.

Matriculation level questions will be asked in the Exam.

Online examination will be conducted in English and Hindi Language but if you choose offline mode then you can give the exam in English, Hindi, and other Regional Language.

SSC Constable GD Medical Test Pattern 2017

As per SSC GD Notification by officials, SSC GD Medical Test, candidates must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein and squint in eyes. They must be in good mental and physical health.

X-Ray & Blood Test etc. shall be conducted only for such candidates, who found fit after passing all the level of the medical test.
