Rights and duties of the India’s President
Appointment on the Right: The President appoints the following: India’s Prime Minister, on the advice of the Prime Ministers, the Supreme Court and High Court Chief Nyadishon, Comptroller and Auditor General of India, State Governor, Chief Election Commissioner and other Election Commissioners of India the Attorney-General of the Inter-Council members, the Chairman and other members of the Federal Public Service Commission, the Chief Commissioners of federal regions, members of the Finance Commission, the language of the commission members, members of the Backward Classes Commission, Minorities Commission members, ambassadors of India, the Scheduled areas report in respect of the administration of the commission members.
a) Money Bill must consent before the President.
b) Parliament session to begin, right of termination and dissolution of the Lok Sabha
c) Bill passed by Parliament can not enforce the law without the President’s signature.
d) the creation of new states and the current state of areas, boundaries or names of agreeing on legislation necessary to change
e) Right of MPs nominated to represent the Anglo community to appropriate individuals Lossba two persons as members of the community can nominate. Similarly, in the Rajya Sabha president arts, literature, sports, journalism, science, and social activities may nominate veteran-skilled people. About 12 persons can be nominated to the Rajya Sabha president.
Power to issue ordinance
a) At the time of adjournment of Parliament under Article 123, the President may issue an ordinance.

President’s Emergency Sktian
a) Articles 352 to 360 of the Constitution under Part 18 of the President‘s emergency powers.
b) Article 352- war, external aggression or armed rebellion to deal with the situation that the president has the authority to impose emergency.
c) Article 356- a state where the president is constitutionally disabled emergency (President’s rule) can be declared.
d) Article 360- in a state of economic crisis.
